Shipping and return policies for ZZK Records

Shipping Info
Note that we ship orders from two locations, the US and the UK. Some items are only available from our merch headquarters in the US.

Orders Shipped from the US:

For international orders we ship 1st class via USPS and for domestic orders we ship priority mail via USPS. You can expect to wait a few days if ordering in the US and at least a couple of weeks if you're ordering from outside of the US. Note that additional customs, fees or taxes may be due before you can claim your order from your country's postal system. When we ship your package you will receive an email from the USPS with a tracking code. These emails can occasionally get sorted to spam folders so be aware of this.

If the order you have received is incorrect or damaged, please contact matt@zzkrecords.com immediately with pictures and order number.

We do not ship to Argentina. We do not ship to Russia.

Orders Shipped from the UK:

All orders under 2KG are shipped using First Class Royal Mail service. Shipments can take between 2-10 working days to be delivered (based on your location), and we allow 28 days from shipping confirmation receipt until declaring a package lost, as per Royal Mail regulations.

Return Policy
If your item is damaged in transit then we will send you another. Please send us a photo of the item. If your item is lost in transit we will send you another but allow appropriate time for it to arrive based on tracking emails or the terms outlined in our shipping info section. We are not responsible for covering additional shipping costs for items that are incorrectly addressed when ordered and then returned to us. We are not responsible for covering the shipping costs for items that are returned to us because a tax or custom fee was not payed or in cases where the item was left unclaimed.
